We will work with you as a partner in your health care. Health is more than just the absence of disease. It is a freedom from pain and fatigue, a feeling of vitality, a sense of well being and confidence. Together we can work to restore these parameters of health by utilizing laboratory testing, diet and lifestyle modification, vitamin, herbal, homeopathic and hormonal therapies
Your initial appointment will last approximately one hour, during which time the doctor will discuss your health concerns with you, take a detailed medical history, review your supplements, review your lifestyle issues and, if needed, perform a brief physical exam. Laboratory studies may be recommended after the initial discussion. The labs can be drawn in our office or wherever your insurance will cover the best. You will be called with the results of labs drawn in our office.
Follow up visits will be scheduled 2-3 weeks after the first visit to discuss the results of initial testing or response to treatment.
An annual office visit is necessary to check levels and refill prescriptions.
The initial appointment is $200 and the follow up appointment is $100. Phone consults are $35 per 10 minute increments. The cost of laboratory testing, nutritional supplements, medications and thermal imaging are not included in the office fee and may not be covered by your insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service unless arrangements have been made with our office prior to the appointment. We will file a claim for service to your insurance company for reimbursement if desired. (We do not file Medicare or Medicaid.) Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to inquire about specific coverage at our office.
Please bring the completed 2 page health history,
patient information page, confidential communication page,
medical records and laboratory results you feel are
pertinent and supplements you take regularly
with you to the first appointment.
Please do not wear perfume or other strong scents to our office. Our staff and some patients are very sensitive to chemicals and may become ill due to exposures.
